DevOps / Platform Engineer
Design CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, and infrastructure-as-code for client projects that demand reliability at scale.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to own the infrastructure layer across client engagements. You ensure every project ships with reliable, observable, and cost-efficient cloud environments.
This role is for an engineer who treats infrastructure as product – writing reusable Terraform modules, designing GitOps workflows, and building monitoring stacks that catch issues before clients do.
You'll act as the infrastructure authority on projects, making decisions on cloud architecture, deployment strategies, and security hardening.
Core responsibilities
- CI/CD pipelines: Build GitHub Actions or GitLab CI pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, and zero-downtime deployments.
- Kubernetes operations: Manage K8s clusters, Helm charts, ingress controllers, and service mesh configuration for client workloads.
- Infrastructure as code: Write reusable Terraform modules for AWS, GCP, or Azure — versioned, documented, and peer-reviewed.
- Observability: Implement Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus stacks with actionable alerts and runbooks.
- Security & compliance: Conduct infrastructure security reviews, secrets management, and compliance alignment for regulated clients.
- Cost optimization: Right-size resources, implement FinOps practices, and report infrastructure costs to clients transparently.
What we're looking for
We are looking for a platform engineer who has operated production infrastructure under real traffic and incident pressure.
Technical mastery
- →Container orchestration: Production Kubernetes experience — not just local minikube.
- →IaC proficiency: Terraform modules, state management, and multi-environment workflows.
- →Cloud platforms: Deep AWS or GCP experience with VPCs, IAM, load balancers, and managed services.
- →CI/CD design: Pipeline architecture for monorepos, microservices, and multi-stage deployments.
- →Monitoring & SRE: On-call experience, incident response, postmortems, and SLA management.
Professional attributes
- →Reliability-focused: You design for failure — backups, rollbacks, and graceful degradation.
- →Documentation-driven: Runbooks, architecture diagrams, and handoff docs are non-negotiable.
- →Client-facing: Comfortable explaining infrastructure decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- →Calm under pressure: Proven ability to lead incident response and restore service quickly.
Why you'll love working with us
Diverse infrastructure
Work across AWS, GCP, and Azure – SaaS, e-commerce, and data platforms – not one repetitive stack.
Remote-first
EU-friendly time zones with async collaboration and minimal meeting overhead.
Ownership
You own infrastructure decisions end-to-end – we trust senior engineers to choose the right tools.
Growth stipends
Certifications (CKA, AWS SA), conferences, and equipment covered.

Video application (Loom, max 5 minutes)
- Question 1 — Incident response
Describe your most challenging production incident. What happened, how did you resolve it, and what did you change afterward?
- Question 2 — IaC design
Walk us through how you structure Terraform for a multi-environment client project.
- Question 3 — Zero-downtime deploys
Explain your preferred deployment strategy for a high-traffic web application and why.
